Our promises
  • Your proposal or order sets the price, the scope and the payment schedule. This agreement covers the rest.
  • Monthly services can be canceled any time by email. They stop at the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We never save a card or start automatic payments unless you separately say yes to it.
  • Sunwell owns the software, sites and code we build. Your business data and content stay yours, and you can ask for an export at any time.
  • Projects pay 50 percent up front and 50 percent at launch. Ongoing support runs on a monthly retainer you can cancel any time.
  • Changes to scope or price need a written change you accept first.
How buying works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Proposal

    Scope, price and payment schedule in writing, usually a project plus a monthly support retainer.

  2. Sign

    You accept the proposal and the Customer Agreement. We record the exact versions.

  3. Pay

    Pay the first invoice. Automatic payments start only if you check a separate box.

  4. Service

    We deliver. Monthly services bill on the 1st. Cancel by email any time.
